With the transactions made in December and January, Otava Ltd has acquired a 10.02% stake in Enento PLC.

The company’s share is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Enento’s main business is the provision of credit information services in the Nordic market.
In Finland, Enento operates under the Asiakastieto brand.
