With the transaction made today, September 3, 2024, Otava Ltd has bought 5,627,994 more shares of Alma Media PLC, which is 6.83% of Alma Media’s share capital. The seller was Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, and the purchase price was approximately EUR 67.5 million. After the transaction, Otava’s ownership stake in Alma Media is approximately 38%.
